Jennifer Fields Law Clerk

Jennifer Fields, a law clerk at Fazzano & Tomasiewicz, is a third-year law student at Western New England School of Law, where she is ranked in the top 10% of her class and is Editor-in-Chief of Lex Brevis, the school’s Newspaper.  She is pursuing a concentration in International and Comparative Law as well as Public Interest. She graduated from Saint Leo University as Class Salutatorian with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Criminalistics. While in college, she interned with the Florida Department of Corrections. She previously volunteered at a cultural center, Beit Ha’gefen in Haifa, Israel, facilitating events and aid for Arab and Israeli guests. Fields has also done extensive legal research and writing for Earth Refuge, a Legal Think Tank dedicated to climate migrants. She has written published op-eds and academic essays on the legal effects of various current events. To maintain involvement in her local community, she does pro bono work for the Western Massachusetts division of the ACLU.
